Terms & Conditions

Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement. Dates and times are held provisionally until confirmed.

Payments & deposits

Deposits may be required to secure bookings. Balances are due on delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT at 20%.

Cancellations

Short-notice cancellations may incur fees to cover costs and crew time. Cancellation terms will be confirmed with your booking.

Usage rights

Usage rights are confirmed with each project and may be limited by licence terms. All intellectual property remains with Poppy Productions until full payment is received.

Liability

Poppy Productions takes reasonable care in delivering services but accepts no liability for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the value of the booking.
